Beef Steak Parmigiana
Beef Steak Parmigiana is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round steak (3/8-inch thick), 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, grated, 1/3 c. bread crumbs, 1 egg, slightly beaten and 1/3 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Pound steak to 1/4-inch and trim off fat.
Cut in pieces. Combine Parmesan and crumbs.
Dip meat in egg and roll in crumb mixture.
Heat oil in skillet; brown on both sides on medium heat. Transfer to shallow baking pan.
Add onion to oil.
Stir in paste, water, salt, sugar, pepper and spices.
Bring to boil. Cook 5 minutes, scraping pan to blend in browned bits.
Pour over meat.
Reserve small amount for topping or meat.
Cover with Mozzarella and sprinkle remaining sauce on top.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
