Sulu Köfte
Sulu köfte is a Turkish brothy meatball stew with small beef-lamb köfte, potatoes, carrots, tomato, mint, and lemon. It should be lighter than pasta sauce but hearty enough for dinner.

Mix ground meat with grated onion, bulgur or rice, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Shape small meatballs and chill them briefly so they hold.
Simmer tomato paste, potatoes, and carrots in water or broth until partly tender.

Finish with dried mint and lemon at the table.
