Seafood Alfredo with Mussels
Seafood Alfredo with mussels in a white wine sauce. Serve with French baguette bread for dipping or over pasta.

Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet.
Add mussels and cook for 4 minutes.
Stir in wine, garlic, oregano, basil, hot sauce, salt, and pepper; cover and cook until mussels have opened up, 3 to 5 minutes.
Discard any mussels that have not opened.
Reduce heat to medium, add and butter, and cook for 1 minute.
Stir in Parmesan cheese and simmer for 2 minutes.
Serve with grated Romano cheese, lemon wedges, and parsley.
