Putri noong wraps sweet banana in grated cassava tinted softly pink or green, then steams and slices the roll before coating it with coconut. Each piece shows a banana center and chewy cassava ring.

Squeeze excess liquid from grated cassava and mix it with sugar, salt, vanilla, and a little pandan or pink tint.
