Oven-Fried Vegetables(Low-Fat) is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs, 1 tbsp. parmesan cheese, 1/8 tsp. paprika, 2 c. vegetables (zucchini, onion, okra, cauliflower, patty pan, gooseneck or yellow squash) and 2 tbsp. reduced calorie italian salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Spray cold baking sheet with nonstick spray.
Set aside.
In a 9-inch pie plate, stir together bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and paprika until well mixed.
In a mixing bowl, place vegetables. Drizzle vegetables with salad dressing.
Toss until coated.
Roll in crumb mixture.
Place vegetables in single layer on baking sheet. Bake in a 450Β° oven for 9 to 11 minutes.
Makes 4 (1/2 cup) servings.
