Stir-Fry
Stir-Fry is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. beef or chicken, 3 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. ground ginger, 3 tbsp. oil and 1 pkg. frozen vegetables (mixed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a small bowl, combine beef or chicken with soy sauce and ginger.
Let stand 15 to 30 minutes.
Preheat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan or wok, uncovered, at medium-high for about 2 minutes. Add about half of vegetables and stir for 2 minutes.
Add remaining vegetables and stir 2 minutes more.
Remove vegetables and heat 1 tablespoon of oil.
Add half of your meat.
Stir 2 to 3 minutes.
Repeat with other half of meat.
Combine water, cornstarch and sugar.
Stir into meat mixture.
Cook until thickened.
Reduce heat to low for serving.
Serve with rice.
