Mimosa Salad
This mimosa salad is a round Russian layered terrine of fish, potato, carrot, egg, cheese, and mayonnaise. A removed wedge shows the soft layers under a bright grated-yolk top.

Grate potatoes, carrots, egg whites, yolks, and cheese into separate bowls.
Press potatoes, fish, onion, carrots, cheese, and egg whites into a ring mold with thin mayonnaise layers.

Chill until firm, then remove a wedge to show the layers.
