Homemade Yeast Rolls

In large bowl, combine yeast and 2 cups of flour.
Heat milk, sugar, salt and butter/margarine.
Add to flour mixture. Add egg and beat low speed for 30 seconds.
Beat at high speed for 3 minutes.
Gradually add the remaining 1 1/2 cups flour and continuing mixing hand to form a soft dough. Turn dough into greased bowl in a warm place, 80 to 85°. Dough should double in volume in 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Turn dough on floured board and shape.
Place on greased baking sheet or muffin tin. Cover for 30 to 45 minutes.
Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.
