Winter Guacamole
A wintry twist on guacamole studded with sun-dried tomatoes, sharp cheddar, crumbled bacon, and minced jalapeño. Lime juice and cilantro keep it bright through the dark months.
👨🍳 Instructions
Pit and peel avocados; mash pulp in medium bowl to chunky consistency.
Add lime juice, scallions, jalapeño chiles and tomatoes, then fold in cheese, bacon and coriander.
Season to taste with salt.
