Smothered Steak
Smothered Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak, 1/4 c. flour, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper and 1/4 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Cut meat into serving sizes.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Dip meat into 1/4 cup milk, then coat with flour, salt and pepper mixture.
Brown meat on both sides in oil.
Remove to shallow baking dish.
