Trim steak and cut in serving pieces.

Salt and pepper; coat with sides.

Brown quickly in hot oil. Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch shallow pan.

Do not have more than 2 layers. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice over top. Sift

4 tablespoons flour over meat.

Pour boiling water over meat, be sure to moisten all the flour.

Cover with aluminum foil or tight lid and bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 8 to 10. (Note: deer meat can also be used.)
