Madhubhat
Madhubhat is a Chittagonian-style sweet rice dessert scented with honey, coconut, cardamom, and toasted nuts. Serve it warm and spoonable after a festive meal, when its soft grains and floral sweetness can shine.

Rinse the rice until the water runs mostly clear, then soak it briefly while the milk warms in a heavy pan.
Simmer the rice in milk with crushed cardamom and a pinch of salt, stirring often so the grains soften without scorching.
Fold in honey, grated coconut, and raisins, then cook gently until the dessert is thick but still spoonable.
Rest the madhubhat for a few minutes, remove the cardamom pods, and finish with toasted almonds before serving warm.
