Wine Herb Halibut Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, 4 (1-inch thick) halibut steaks, 1/2 c. chablis or other dry white wine, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and 1/4 tsp. dried basil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Arrange halibut steaks in a single layer and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
Add wine and lemon juice; sprinkle basil and remaining ingredients over steaks.
