Vegetable Clam Chowder(Low-Fat)
A lighter take on New England clam chowder with diced potatoes, celery, carrots, and clams in a low-fat broth. Hearty enough for a chilly evening without the heavy cream.

In a large saucepan, cook all ingredients except clams, about 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add clam juice and cook 5 minutes more.
Remove from heat and add clams.
Has only about 3 grams fat.
