Swiss Steak
Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. round steak, 1 c. flour, salt and pepper to taste, 6 tbsp. oil and 1/2 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Season steak with salt and pepper.
Roll in flour.
Saute in oil until brown.
Remove from skillet.
Stir in remaining flour and cook until brown.
Pat steak and vegetables in skillet and add 1 cup water.
Simmer for 2 hours or until steak and vegetables are tender.
