Swiss Steak
Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, dash of pepper, 2 lb. round steak (thick) and 1/4 c. wesson salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Pound into both sides of meat. Brown meat in a small amount of Wesson oil. Remove browned meat from pan and cook onion until golden. Add water and tomato sauce. Stir until mixture thickens and boils. Return meat to pan. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Makes 6 servings.
