Swiss Steak
Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. flour, 2 lb. round steak (1-inch thick), oil, 1 medium onion, sliced and 1 medium green pepper, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Pound flour into meat well.
Brown lightly the onion and green pepper; remove from electric skillet.
Brown meat on both sides. Place onion and pepper on meat.
Add tomato sauce and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 2 to 3 hours or until tender.
Add water as needed.
Serve with rice and green salad.
