Swiss Steak
Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. dry mustard, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 2 1/2 lb. round steak, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sift the flour, salt, mustard and pepper; coat the steak in this mixture.
Brown the round steak in shortening; remove to casserole dish.
Add water to frypan; stir in meat sauce.
Pour over steak.
Add onion.
Cover.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
