Sicilian Meatball Soup
Sicilian Meatball Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 egg, 1 small onion, minced, 1/4 c. chopped parsley and 1/2 c. bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine beef, egg, onion, garlic, parsley, bread crumbs, 1/3 cup cheese, salt and pepper in bowl.
Shape into little 1-inch meatballs.
Set aside.
Bring broth to boil.
