Savory Sirloin Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) lean boneless beef sirloin steak (3/4 inch thick), 1/4 tsp. dried whole rosemary, crushed, or 3/4 tsp. fresh rosemary, minced, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1 tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine and 1 tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Trim fat from steak.
Combine rosemary and pepper; sprinkle over steak.
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add margarine and place over medium heat until margarine melts.
Add steak and cook 6 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
Remove steak from skillet; transfer to a serving platter and keep warm.
Combine yogurt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated (do not boil).
Spoon sauce over warm steak. Sprinkle with parsley.
