👨‍🍳 Instructions

Steam soaked mung beans until tender, then mash them with sugar, coconut milk, and shredded coconut for the filling.

Cook tapioca starch with pandan juice and sugar until it turns glossy and sticky.

Line small molds with banana or pandan leaves, add tapioca paste, tuck mung bean filling in the center, and cover with more paste.

Steam until the cakes turn translucent, then cool and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before unmolding.
