Pepper Sirloin Steak
Pepper Sirloin Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. sirloin steak, 1 1/2-inch thick, 1/2 c. butter, 4 tsp. dried parsley, 1/4 c. minced onion and 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Score edges of steak (one-inch intervals).
Heat grill. Combine butter, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and mustard in small saucepan.
Stir constantly over low heat until butter melts.
Reserve 1/4 mixture.
Place steak on grill; brush with butter mixture.
Grill over medium heat for 6 minutes each side (medium or medium-rare; cook longer for a more done steak).
Use remaining butter mixture to drizzle over finished steak just before serving.
