Italian Meat Loaf(Low-Fat)
Italian Meat Loaf(Low-Fat) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg whites, lightly beaten, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 3/4 tsp. dried basil, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In large bowl, stir together egg whites, garlic, basil, salt, rosemary and red pepper.
Then stir in onions and bread crumbs.
Add turkey and mix until well combined.
Spray a loaf pan with no-stick spray.
Pat turkey mixture in pan.
Bake 15 minutes.
Spread spaghetti sauce over the top of the turkey.
Bake 25 minutes more or until done.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese over the top.
