Ham and Egg Casserole
Ham And Egg Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 3/4 oz.) can chunk style ham, drained, 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained, 6 beaten eggs, 1/3 c. milk and 2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a 1 1/2-quart casserole mix the ham and mushrooms.
In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the ham.
Cook, uncovered, on High for 4 to 6 minutes or until egg is almost set, pushing cooked egg to the center of bowl several times during cooking.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
