German Chocolate Cool Bars
Chocolate wafer crust, melted sweet chocolate, cream cheese, and whipped topping freeze into cool layered bars. Each square is creamy, light, and finished with grated chocolate.
Combine wafer crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into a square pan.
Melt most of the sweet chocolate with milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
Whisk in cream cheese until the chocolate mixture is silky.
Cool briefly, then fold in whipped topping and grated chocolate.
Spread the filling over the crust and top with more whipped topping.
