Fat-Free Guacamole
Fat-Free Guacamole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can asparagus, drained, 1 tsp. lime juice, 1 tbsp. finely chopped onion, 1 clove garlic and 2 tbsp. chopped sweet red pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mash or coarsely process asparagus until almost pureed, but still contains some small chunks.
Add rest of ingredients; cover and refrigerate for several hours, if possible, before use. Yield:
