Crepes(French Pancakes)
Crepes(French Pancakes) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 2/3 c. flour, 2 eggs, 2 c. milk, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil (butter is best) and 1 pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Place flour in a bowl.
Make a hole.
Put in it the whole eggs, oil, salt and a little milk.
Mix well with a spoon. Progressively, add the milk until mixture makes a ribbon when you pour it from the spoon.
Add the flavoring of your choice (vanilla or lemon juice).
Let the mixture sit for 1 hour.
It will become thicker.
Add a little milk to make it thinner.
Put just a little oil (Pam is better) on a very hot pancake griddle or skillet.
A round Teflon skillet with the bottom the desired size of the pancake is best.
Make the mixture spread out by moving and turning skillet vigorously.
Turn the crepe as soon as it's brown and it is done enough to be turned.
This takes less than a minute.
Cook it on the other side.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve hot.
