Cook noodles and broccoli as directed and drain.
In double boiler, mix yogurt, flour and mustard.
Heat. Add milk slowly. Cook, stirring until thickened.
Remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted.
Layer noodles, broccoli and turkey in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Pour sauce over all and bake, uncovered, 25 minutes at 350Β° or until bubbly.
