Barbecue Beef Brisket
Barbecue Beef Brisket is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 to 4 lb. flat cut beef brisket, 2 tsp. celery salt, 2 tsp. onion salt, 2 tsp. garlic salt and 2 tsp. tenderizer, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Rub salts, tenderizer, sugar and Worcestershire sauce on each side of brisket.
Wrap brisket in foil and let marinate overnight. Bake at 250Β° for 4 hours.
During last 1/2 hour, open foil and drain all but 1/2 cup juice.
Add Open Pit barbecue sauce and brown sugar.
Baste 2 to 3 times during last 1/2 hour.
Slice diagonally.
Pour desired amount of sauce over brisket slices.
