Swiss Steak
Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. round steak (about 1 inch thick), 1/4 c. flour, salt and pepper to taste, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil and 1 large onion, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Trim excess fat from steak.
Pound flour into the meat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet heat oil.
Add steak and brown meat on both sides over medium heat.
Place steak in baking dish, about 12 x 8 x 2-inch.
