Swiss Steak
Swiss Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 to 3/4 lb. round steak, flour, 3 tbsp. oil, salt and pepper and 1/4 c. each celery and carrots, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Flour, salt and pepper steak.
Brown in oil.
Cut in 2 pieces. Put some flour into drippings.
Brown.
Add remaining ingredients except cheese.
Bring to a boil.
Place steak in shallow pan. Pour liquid and veggies over.
Place in a 350Β° oven.
Cook for 2 hours or until tender.
Sprinkle cheese just before removing from oven.
