Sweet and Sour Steak
Sweet And Sour Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. steak (2/3 or 3/4-inch thick), 1 tbsp. oil, 1 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper and 1/8 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown steak on both sides in oil in frying pan.
Combine salt, pepper, dry mustard, minced onion, water and vinegar and pour over steak.
Cover tightly and cook about 1 1/2 hours over low heat. Drain orange sections and pineapple chunks, reserving 3 tablespoons liquid and blend in brown sugar and cornstarch.
Put steak on platter to keep warm.
Put fruit and sugar mixture in pan with drippings and cook 2 or 3 minutes.
Pour over meat and serve.
