Sugar-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Sugar-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. (2 sticks) diet oleo (room temperature), 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. brown sugar twin (or any sugar substitute), 3 large egg whites (room temperature) and 1 tbsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 375Β°. Cream oleo, sugar and sugar Twin at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add egg whites and vanilla. Beat on medium for 1 minute. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Add water to creamed mixture along with the flour mixture; mix for 1 minute until smooth. Add chips to dough and mix lightly. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets that have been lined with foil or are nonstick.
Press down with fingers dipped in cold water; form circles, about 2 inches in size. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until brown. Yields 44 cookies.
