Sugar-Free Blueberry Muffins
Sugar-Free Blueberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 4 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 6 packets sweet 'n low and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Grease 12 muffin pan cups with nonstick cooking spray.
In large bowl, sift flour, baking powder, salt and sweetener.
In small bowl, beat egg, milk and margarine with fork or whisk.
Add egg mixture and blueberries to flour mixture.
Stir just until flour is moistened.
Spoon batter in cups.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick is clean.
One muffin = 1/2 bread and 1/2 fat.
