Sour Cream Pumpkin Pie

Beat eggs with brown sugar until thoroughly blended.
Mix in pumpkin, sour cream or yogurt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, black pepper and salt until batter is smooth.
Pour into pie shell. Bake in a preheated 350Β° oven for 1 hour, until custard is barely set in middle.
Cool at least one hour on wire rack before serving.
