Round Steak Casserole
Round Steak Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak, 1/2-inch thick, 8 medium carrots, peeled, 8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled, 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed cream of mushroom or chicken soup and 2 envelopes onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 450Β°.
Cut meat into 1-inch pieces.
Put meat, carrots and thinly sliced potatoes (cut in quarters) into casserole dish.
