Made with 1 (14 oz.) can asparagus cuts, drained, 1 c. finely seeded and chopped tomato (about 1 large), 1/3 c. chopped onion, 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro and 2 tbsp. nonfat mayo or salad dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
