Mexican Doughnut Strips

Bring water, butter, sugar and salt to boiling.
Add flour all at once, stirring fast.
Cook and stir with wooden spoon until mixture forms a ball that doesn't separate.
Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each until smooth.
Spoon dough into a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip.
Pipe the dough into strips 3 inches long and 3/4 inch wide onto a baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
Freeze strips about 20 minutes.
Do not remove any from freezer until ready to fry.
Fry dough in hot oil 4 to 5 minutes turning occasionally.
Drain on paper towel.
