Macaroni and Cheese

Fill saucepan large enough to cook macaroni with water and bring to a boil.
Add macaroni and cook for 7 minutes.
Put strainer in sink and drain macaroni.
Rinse with cold water.
Melt 4 tablespoons of the butter in saucepan over medium heat.
Add flour and blend into smooth paste.
Add dry mustard and blend. Slowly add milk and stir.
Bring milk to simmer; it will begin to thicken.
Season with salt.
Remove pot from heat and fold in cheese.
Once melted, add macaroni and blend.
Pour mixture into casserole.
Melt remaining 4 tablespoons butter in saucepan.
Add bread crumbs and toss.
Distribute bread crumbs evenly over top of macaroni.
Bake in a 325Β° oven for 25 minutes.
