Low-Fat Chili
Low-Fat Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. lean hamburger, 1 chopped onion, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped green pepper and 16 oz. can whole, chopped or stewed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In skillet, crumble hamburger; add onion, celery and green pepper.
Cook until meat is no longer red.
Pour into large stew pot and add chopped tomatoes, 2 cans beans, salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste.
If desired, can add 2 cups of cooked brown rice when ready to eat.
