Low-Fat Bran Muffins
Low-Fat Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. soda, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 2 c. nabisco 100% bran, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Heat oven to 400Β°.
Mix flour, baking powder, soda and cinnamon in large bowl.
Mix cereal, milk and brown sugar in another bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in egg and applesauce.
Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened.
(Batter will be lumpy.)
Spoon batter into muffin pan sprayed with Pam, filling each cup 2/3 full. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden.
Serve warm.
Makes 12 medium muffins.
