Honey Cornmeal Muffins
Honey Cornmeal Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour, 3/4 cup cornmeal, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. grated lemon peel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Grease bottoms only of muffin tin. In large bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt and lemon peel.
Mix well.
Add milk, honey, oil and egg; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Fill prepared muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake for 13-18 min. or until very light brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Immediately remove from pan.
Best served warm.
