Remove cabbage from water and separate leaves; set aside until stuffing is mixed.

Place enough of mixture in cabbage leaf to fill half full.

Fold ends of cabbage over mixture; secure with a toothpick, if necessary.

Repeat procedure with remaining leaves (until too small).

Place cabbage rolls seam side down in greased baking dish (size will vary with the amount of galumkis being made).

Pour sauce over top of rolls. Cover.

Bake at 350Β° for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
