Fried Won Tons
Fried Won Tons is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground pork (not sausage), 1 head round cabbage or chinese cabbage, 2 to 3 cloves fresh garlic, 3 to 4 green onions or leek and ginger root, chopped and mashed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown and drain ground pork, set aside.
Break apart cabbage and boil just until tender (not soft, do not overcook).
Remove from hot water and cool with cold water.
Roll cabbage leaves up together and squeeze out water from cabbage by hands.
Chop up cabbage and squeeze again.
Chop up the garlic, green onions and ginger.
Mix all ingredients together.
Salt and pepper to taste. Put 1 tablespoon into each won ton wrapper.
Fold into triangle. Seal edges with water and flour.
Fry in sesame oil until golden brown.
