French Tea Cakes(Petite Gâteaux Douce) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 3 large eggs, lightly beaten and 1 tbsp. vanilla extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs and cream until smooth, adding vanilla.
Mix together dry ingredients.
Add to sugar mixture and mix well until you have a soft, smooth dough.
