Czech Potato Dumplings
Czech Potato Dumplings is an easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 to 4 lb. potatoes, boiled in skins, peeled and mashed, 2 eggs, 2 c. flour and 1 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix eggs, flour and salt with mashed potatoes.
If potatoes are very moist, use more flour as needed.
Place dough on a floured board, roll out to a thickness for cutting 15 dumplings. Bring large kettle of water to boil.
Add 1/2 teaspoon salt. Drop dumplings into water and boil for 8 minutes.
