Cream of Broccoli Soup
Cream Of Broccoli Soup is an moderately easy soup you can prepare in just 58 minutes. Melt butter over medium heat.
Add carrot, leek and garlic; cook until tender, but do not brown.
Add stock; bring to simmer. Add broccoli; cook 8 to 10 minutes, until broccoli is tender. Pour soup into food processor; process until vegetables are finely chopped but not pureed.
Pour back into pot.
Add cream, pepper and celery seed.
