Colombian Steak
Colombian Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. beef loin cut into 8 steaks, 4 onions, chopped, 1/2 tbsp. mustard, 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped and 2 garlic cloves, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Season the steaks with mustard, pepper, cumin and vinegar; let stand.
In a frying pan, heat the oil and saute the tomatoes, onion, garlic and oregano; add salt.
In a large frying pan, heat oil and saute the steaks until browned on both sides.
Add the sauce and cook covered 10 minutes over low heat.
Makes 8 servings.
