Coffee Glazed Ham Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. dark corn syrup, 1 tsp. instant coffee and 1 fully cooked ham slice, cut 3/4-inch thick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Twenty-five minutes before serving, in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, heat corn syrup with instant coffee until coffee is dissolved, stirring constantly.
Slash edges of ham to prevent curling.
Add ham.
Cook 12 to 15 minutes turning once, occasionally spooning syrup mixture over steak.
Place ham on warm plate and spoon mixture over it.
