Cocktail Meatballs
Cocktail Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, 1/3 c. finely chopped onion, 1/4 c. milk and 1 tbsp. snipped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix together the first 7 ingredients; shape into 1-inch balls. Cook meatballs in shortening until brown.
Remove from skillet and drain well.
Heat chili sauce and jelly in skillet.
Stir constantly until jelly is melted.

Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Serve hot.
